We are looking to appoint a number of additional veterinary surgeons into our team. Business levels are running at the highest they have been in the 12 years since launch so in order to support our team, we will grow the team. We currently run with 16 Vet Surgeons, 31 Nurses and a talented support function.

Vets 1 is fully independent. Our main site located just outside Downham Market is an RCVS accredited Hospital and our Kings Lynn practice is an RCVS accredited general practice. Equipment is abundant and first class. Working premises are beautiful. The team ethos is built around, tribe. We protect, support, nurture and care for each other.

If you join us, you will live a life of 20 minute consults for the most routine appointments and 40 minutes for pretty much everything else. Theatre days are pure theatre days. Protected time for study is truly, protected. We shut for an hour each day so you can eat lunch. You will never know what you bill each month or have it used against you to berate and cajole. Your mental health is taken seriously with internal and external support mechanisms in place from day one of employment. If you are a recent grad, we would expect your day one skills to have been put to the test, polished and ready for action with your VetGDP completed or at least well underway.

If you are two to three years into your career, we would want you to hit the ground running with a good plan already in place for how you want to rinse your CPD allowance (which is pretty much uncapped).

Four to five years since graduation? Certificate time? Excellent. Lets talk.
