The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Veterinary Surgeon who is confident both clinically and as a leader. You will play a key role in shaping clinical standards, mentoring the team, and supporting the continued growth of our independent practice.
• Clinical leadership in an independent practice
• Opportunity to lead, mentor, and develop a supportive veterinary team
• Maintain high clinical standards while contributing to practice strategy
• Modern diagnostics including IDEXX, InVue, SediVue, Adaptix 3D imaging, digital X-ray, ultrasound & dentistry
• 4-day week (between 8am–6pm)
• Share of Saturday mornings (9am–1pm)
• No OOH
• Salary up to £80,000 DOE
The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Veterinary Surgeon in small animal practice
• Demonstrable leadership or senior/management experience
• Confident decision-maker with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about clinical excellence and team development
